LSD Viewer

You can utilize our Lender Support System LSD Viewer to view and print your Loan Documents. This new utility allows you to view our compressed files (Loan Documents). It allows you to select documents to print or choose to send the entire Loan Document set to your local or network printer.

Printer Compatibility: We recommend using Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4 or newer printers with a minimum of 6 MB of memory. A model with dual paper trays is highly recommended. Our system was written for and tested with Hewlett Packard LaserJet III and LaserJet 4SI printers. Other compatible HP models could potentially be used if a PCL5 setting is available.

LSDViewer Instructions:

You must have a Laser Printer (PCL 5 Compatible or better) to use the LENDER SUPPORT DOCUMENT VIEWER.

STEP 1 - Downloading the LSD viewer
1) Click Download Viewer located at left side of the screen.
2) Click on Save
3) Save in DESKTOP
4) The File Name is NSLSDSetup.exe. Click on Save
5) Hit the CLOSE button after the download is complete
6) Exit the internet

STEP 2 Install the LSD Viewer Software
1) Look for the NSLSDSetup icon on the Desktop. Double click on the icon to initialize the installation program.
2) Click Next four times to install LSD Viewer on your C: drive
3) Click Finish
4) Delete the NSLSDSetup icon. You may be asked "Are you sure you want to send NSLSDSetup to the recycle bin? Answer YES!

STEP 3 Download an LSD Test File
1) Go to the internet and type in the web address: www.fgmc.com
2) Click on Downloads
3) Click on "LSD Viewer..."
3) Click the "LSD Test File" to the left of the screen
4) You will be asked if you want to save the file or open it. If you choose to open the file, and you've gone through step 2, the LSD Viewer program should run automatically. On the other hand, if you choose to save the file, locate that file after the download has been completed and double click it.

Note: If the file doesn't open, the file associations within the operating system wasn't updated correctly. In this case, just open the file from within the LSD Viewer application by running LSD Viewer and choosing File -> Open in the main menu.

STEP 4 Printing loan documents
Follow these steps each time you want to print a new set of loan documents:
1) Open your e-mail containing the LSD file
2) Open the 000?????.LSD attachment
3) Select your printer
4) Click on the icon "Print all"
